easy location clean place quiet place
the location was easy to find. the room has furniture. it was close to the metro station i like that fact. the place was clean and quiet. so nice!
the fridge was not very cold, i wish it was colder.

convenient location many shops useful fridge
The location was really convenient near the metro station. you could reach the duomo with a short ride. there were many shops nearby for shopping, i appreciated that! the room had a mini fridge. It was useful for storing drinks and snacks.
the window was a bit difficult to close properly.

The lobby includes a water station with both cold and hot options. Mugs are available at the bar area. you can store luggage before and after check-in, very practical! the safe is a great addition to the room.

Housekeeping cleaned the room every day. the reception staff was efficient, very friendly, and always available! i could borrow an adapter from the reception. It was really helpful.

faulty shower door marked walls
the bathroom door just wouldn't lock, that was annoying. the shower door also didn't close properly. water leaked onto the bedroom floor because of this. the walls had marks on them and the window kept opening. it was definitely a safety issue.

helpful staff clean room comfortable space
the hotel is near a main shopping street. helpful staff answered questions. the room had a clean, comfortable, tiny space. public transportation is accessible and close.
the bathroom had a very odd design with a toilet, where your legs had to fit under a huge sink in front.

great location convenient service friendly staff
The hotel provided a great location. it was near the metro and close to shops. they stored our bags before check-in, a very convenient service. the lounge was decorated beautifully. It even had a clean bathroom. the staff was lovely, very friendly and helpful.
the room was small with limited space, especially for hanging clothes.
